Thank you for visiting and shopping at SoulPetStories! Each item in our shop is thoughtfully handcrafted and personalized to celebrate the memory of your beloved pet. Because of the custom nature of our products, please allow additional time for processing before shipment.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order.

• Personalized items: Please allow 5–10 business days for design, customization, and quality assurance before shipping.

• Non-personalized items: Typically ship within 2–4 business days.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience while we create something truly meaningful for you.

Shipping Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on your chosen method and destination:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary by location)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and fulfilled.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated timelines, unexpected carrier delays or weather events may occur. SoulPetStories is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly assist in filing a claim or providing a replacement when appropriate.
